I wanted to hang out in Providence R.I. at the bike to work celebration area but forgot all about it till I saw and afternoon post on Facebook. I have been retired for a few years so biking to work is moot to me.
That post did get me on my bike for an afternoon ride. I wanted to do 30 miles but had a meeting for Sunday’s Tour de Creme bike ride. I’m the Ride Ambassador for the 25 mile route and also the videographer for the event, so I cut the ride to 19 miles. Add 8 for the round trip bike to the meeting and ended the day close enough for my 30 mile plan.
No riders out on either of my two routes but as usual, when we pay attention, there is plenty to see. And photograph.
