A Midnight Rider 
Bike path not cleared? Here, they are cleared first because the Streets Dept clears streets and the Parks Dept clears bike paths. With little else to do in winter, they are out by 5 AM on snow days.

I didn’t get the t-shirt but I survived the Blizzard of 78. It was actually 2 storms back to back but the record books will give 26 the top spot. Hope the bike path is cleared soon.
